Jodie Marsh Insists She Is NOT Selling Only Fans-funded Animal Farm

Jodie Marsh has hit back at claims she is selling her Essex animal sanctuary and insists she is 'happier than I've ever been' - despite rocky relations with her neighbours.
The former glamour model, 45, was the subject of previous reports suggesting she would be upping sticks from Fripps Farm in Chelmsford after months of strained relations with nearby residents.
In February this year, Marsh claimed she was 'terrified' to leave her home and 'scared for her life' because her neighbours had 'stalked and harassed' her.
At one point, she told MailOnline, Marsh was being investigated by Essex Police for indecent exposure after her neighbours reported she went topless outside her own home - but Ms Marsh insists she was on private property.
She added that footage of the incident was captured on her neighbours' security cameras that she claims are angled at her home.
Ms Marsh also alleged that other neighbours have been monitoring her property and hurling abuse at her and the staff that help her run an animal sanctuary on the site, which she founded in 2020.
She further claimed her property had been damaged, with part of her fence pulled down in order to provide a better viewing point of her property.
Her relationship with her neighbours was so unpleasant that at one point she was seeking a Stalking Protection Order against five of her neighbours.

The former Page 3 girl told MailOnline earlier this year: 'My neighbours are working together to ruin my life and stalk me but that police are not taking my complaints seriously.
'Do I have to die by one of their hands before the police listen to me that I am scared and vulnerable?'
But despite the apparent animosity and feeling among neighbours in Lindall that the working class model 'doesn't really fit into the area', Marsh is insistent she is going nowhere.
She told The Telegraph: 'There's NO WAY I'm selling! In fact, I'm building more enclosures. I'm happier than I've ever been since setting up Fripps Farm.'
The model told the paper she has suffered 'vile' insults from locals and claims they have taken a dislike to her farm because of her career.
'It was clearly about who I am, although they didn't even know me,' she adds.
Marsh knows there may be more to come, but she is adamant on not giving up on her beloved sanctuary just yet.
According to the farm's website, there are more than 250 animals currently being looked after at Fripps Farm, an entire menagerie that covers everything from sheep and miniature Shetlands to goats, llamas, dogs, cats, owls and reptiles.

She suffered another setback in July, when the ex-TV reality star was refused a dangerous wild animal licence to keep eight ring-tailed lemurs.
Councillors were told 'she was not suitable' to look after the animals at Fripps Farm.
Members of Uttlesford District Council (UDC) heard that Marsh had previously taken a baby meerkat she was rearing into a local pub twice claiming 'it couldn't be left alone.'
On another occasion she had taken an owl to the boozer.
Ms Marsh denied these allegations and has vowed to contest the decision, telling the Bishop's Stortford Independent that the council has a 'vendetta' against her.
UDC councillor Richard Freeman told a meeting of its licensing and environmental health committee: 'The panel is concerned that Jodie Marsh has a perception that the animals in her care are her personal pets.'
Her appeal is due to be heard in January 2025.
Keeping the farm open comes at a personal cost, but also a financial one, Marsh has revealed in the past.

She said the monthly costs are a whopping £24,000, and as she notes that doesn't include vet bills.
There are also surprise costs that they can't always prepare for, with Jodie revealing they once spent £20,000 rescuing Maximus - a pony who had been left to die on the side of the road.
Thankfully, Jodie was able to rely on her fans stepping in to help.
'Our followers were amazing,' she explained in a recent interview with MailOnline. 'They really stepped up to help fund that and donate towards his vet bills. We couldn't have done it without them.
'Maximus would be dead because nobody else was willing to help him.'
The key Jodie explained is asking people to donate only what they can afford.
She shared: 'We have these days called sound for a pound, most people can afford that no matter how skint they are, they can afford one pound a month.
'If there's an animal in the hospital and it needs treatment and we need to pay the bill, we go on Instagram, tell them what's happening and they all just give one pound at a time.
Marsh has revealed that she launched an OnlyFans account to help fund her animal farm
'If you've got 20,000 people giving one pound a month, that's £20,000 month, and we actually have got that.'
As well as relying on donations, Jodie recently returned to her glamour model roots to help fund the farm.
She launched an OnlyFans account and has earned thousands selling X-rated photographs of herself.
Jodie explained: 'We needed to put perimeter fencing around the whole entire farm, and that cost £65,000. I funded that entire thing from my OnlyFans.
'For the first year my OnlyFans also paid all my staff. I never took a penny for myself.
'Now, I probably only make a couple of grand a month on it, because I've been really slack on it because I'm so busy with the animals.
'But I'm back posting again so that should shoot up again now.
'Back when I was paying the staff wages I was earning around £10,000 a month.'
